Account & Access

Signing in to your Benefi account

Members, employers, and brokers each have their own sign-in.

When you need to sign in to Benefi, where you go depends on which type of account you have. Members, employers, and brokers each have their own sign-in location and process.

Three ways to access Benefi

Members sign in through the Benefi mobile app (iOS or Android) or at benefi.com/member. This is where you manage your health benefits, connect with doctors for Virtual Primary Care, view your prescription coverage, and access your digital ID card. Your member account gives you 24/7 access to care and all your plan details.

Employers access the admin dashboard at benefi.com/employer. This portal is where HR teams manage enrollment, view invoices, download reports, and track employee participation. Employer admins can add or remove employees, update classifications, and handle all plan administration tasks.

Brokers use the broker portal at benefi.com/broker. This dedicated portal provides commission statements, client management tools, enrollment tracking, and sales resources. Brokers can monitor all their Benefi groups, access marketing materials, and submit new business from one central location.

Getting started with your account

All Benefi accounts begin with an invitation. You cannot create an account on your own. Members receive invitations after their employer completes enrollment. Employers get access after signing their group agreement. Brokers receive portal access after completing their broker agreement.

For your first sign-in, click the link in your invitation email. You'll set a password and complete any required profile information. After initial setup, bookmark your sign-in page for easy access.

Can't find your invitation?

If you can't locate your invitation email, check your spam folder first. Still can't find it? Contact your point of contact. Members should ask their HR team to confirm the email address on file. Employers should reach out to their broker or implementation manager. Brokers should contact their Benefi partner manager.

Your sign-in location and invitation source tell you everything you need to know about accessing your Benefi account. Once you're signed in, all the tools and resources for your role are right there waiting.
