Downloading the Benefi app
Free on iOS and Android. Use your invitation link to set up.
You've been invited to enroll in Benefi, and now you need to download the app to start using your health benefits. The Benefi app is free to download on both iOS and Android devices. You'll use the same invitation link you received from your employer to complete setup.
Getting the app on your device
The Benefi app is available through the standard app stores. On iPhone or iPad, search "Benefi" in the App Store. On Android phones and tablets, find it in Google Play Store. The app icon shows the Benefi logo on a white background.
Download size is approximately 50MB. The app requires iOS 13 or later for Apple devices, or Android 8.0 or later for Android devices. Most phones from the last five years meet these requirements.
First-time setup
After downloading, tap to open the app. You'll see a welcome screen asking if you have an invitation. Select "Yes" and enter the invitation link or code your employer provided. This link connects your account to your employer's Benefi plan and ensures you get the right coverage level (Essential or Plus).
Can't find your invitation?
Your invitation comes from your employer, usually by email or text. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. The subject line typically includes "Welcome to Benefi" or your company name. If you still can't locate it, ask your HR department or benefits administrator for a new invitation.
The app will guide you through creating your account. You'll set a secure password and verify your identity. This process takes about 5 minutes. Once complete, you'll have full access to Virtual Primary Care, your digital ID card, and prescription savings.
Your benefits become active based on your employer's enrollment schedule. The app shows your coverage start date on the home screen after setup. You can explore the app before your start date, but services become available once coverage begins.
