I didn't get my enrollment invitation
Check spam, confirm contact info, or ask us to resend.
When you're expecting a Benefi enrollment invitation that hasn't arrived, the solution is usually simple. Most missing invitations are hiding in spam folders or were sent to an outdated email address.
Check your spam and filtered messages
Your enrollment invitation might have been automatically filtered. Check these locations first:
For email invitations:
- Spam or junk folder
- Promotions tab (Gmail)
- Other or focused inbox (Outlook)
- Any custom filters you've created
For text invitations:
- Filtered messages or unknown senders folder
- Blocked numbers list
- Message requests (iPhone)
The invitation comes from Benefi with a subject line containing your employer's name and "enrollment invitation." If you find it in spam, mark it as "not spam" to ensure future messages arrive in your inbox.
Verify your contact information
Outdated contact information is the most common reason invitations don't reach members. Your employer needs your current email and phone number on file.
Quick tip
Contact your HR team or benefits administrator to confirm they have:
- Your preferred email address
- Your current mobile phone number
- The correct spelling of your name
Many employers collect this information during hiring but don't update it when employees change phone numbers or email addresses. Even a small typo in your email address will prevent delivery.
Request a new invitation
If you've checked spam and confirmed your contact info is correct, request a resend through:
- Your HR contact — they can trigger a new invitation directly
- Benefi support — available at benefi.com/contact
New invitations typically arrive within minutes of the request. When you receive it, complete enrollment right away since invitation links may expire.
Your enrollment invitation should arrive within 24 hours of your eligibility start date or during your employer's designated enrollment window. If you're a new hire, expect it shortly after your HR team processes your benefits paperwork.
